Same Name for 3 Devices in Find Device

I only have one Apple device. I just got a new phone and need to erase the old phone through iCloud Find Devices. However, there is shows three devices all with the same name but no other way to distinguish the model version of the phone. I assume the three are my current phone (which shows a location) and two prior models (showing offline). However, there is no way to distinguish the phones because they all have the same name.
