Iphone activate speaker on its own during cal

As a result of an activated call during a conversation, the iPhone 12 Pro turns on the speakerphone by itself and the call is muted. It is NOT possible to turn off the speakerphone button that turned on by itself and the call is muted. It sounds like a bug, because it happens when I upgraded my Iphon to 17 ios.
