Apple Pay is a payment service, it doesn’t have a balance. Credit or debit cards with Apple Wallet may have balances. You review the balances by using the card issuers app or website. The exception is Apple Cash.
Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card issued and serviced by Green Dot Bank. You can review your balance by looking at your Apple Cash account in your Apple Wallet app.
