Do I need an update?? My phone won’t let me connect with SIri!!

Could not get my messages! Tried to turn off my phone but could not! Ask Siri to turn it off! She said this was beyond her capabilities but she always did it before!!

my iPhone 15 with iOS 17.1.2 is cutting out when it reads messages using Siri How can I get Siri to read my messages without cutting out? I have all the settings set correctly. I visited the Apple Store and they don’t know why it’s happening.
