New iPhone says can’t be backed up, can I delete old iCloud

Just got an iPhone 15. Restored with iPhone 13 backup. Now says 15 can’t be backed up. Should I delete iCloud 13 backup, or will I lose information?

If you've already used the iPhone 13 backup to set up th new iPhone, you can go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups and select the backup of the old phone and delete it. Doing so won't delete any data on either phone.
