Apple Watch serie 9 CELLULAR payments not working and phone call

help please,

payments with Apple Watch don't

When I pass my watch on the POS it says : insert chip or try another card !!

also like to know if it is normal with the Cellular model that if I answer from the Apple Watch connected to the iPhone and then I move away from the phone the line drops? Shouldn't it automatically switch to cellular??

I'm thinking of returning the device 120 euros more thank only GPS it’s useless
