Arrow in precision finding

I have airpods pro 2 but when I tap find in find my there is no arrow on the screen. Can someone please help me with this?

Airpods 4 ANC, findme app shows missmatch, but on icloud.com/findme no issues Hi So, I got the new AirPods 4 ANC, and they connected okay, although the case isn't showing in the battery widget. But the strange issue is that when I open the Find me app either on my IPhone 14 or IPad it shows miss matched, but in web browser under icloud.com/findme they appear and I can interact. I went through lengthy support steps, removing them completely restarting devices, turning off find me for the devices etc. also resetting the AirPods, yet nothing helps. The Apple support when contacted ask me to check for the time and date, but there is nothing wrong with it. I read in other forums that it might be due to a software/IOS issues. But maybe someone here has an idea. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. From the device information of your post, we see here that you have an iPhone X with iOS 16 or later. In order to use precise location in Find My, you'll need an iPhone XR or newer with iOS 17. Here's an article with that information: Locate AirPods in Find My - Apple Support
