Odd issue with Xfinity Stream and FX Now apps.

Not sure if just I'm getting them or if anyone else may be, but the Xfinity Stream app seems to have some slight stuttering/video glitches when changing from shows to commercials, it's almost like a minor freeze or glitch, and then when switching back, I've never noticed those issues with my TVs version of the app, so I'm wondering if it's an Apple TV issue or something else?

I'm using certified HDMI cables, have an excellent Wi-Fi connection, and have my Apple TV 4k connected to my LG C3 TV.

I've also noticed some random stuttering every few minutes, it's minor but noticeable when watching any Live channels on the FX Now app as well, that I don't notice if I'm watching on my computer.

Is there some issue with live streaming apps and its changing frames and all that or something?

I have my Apple TV 4k setup as 4K SDR, YCbCr 4:4:4, and match frame and range on, along with QMS, speed test shows a good 650-700mbps down, maybe I missed something when setting it up, or does it just have issues with live tv apps?
