I just got a new iPhone 15 pro max, great phone. However, I have an odd voicemail error.
As you cans see in the pic below, it's showing an unheard carrier voicemail that isn't here. When I click on "call", it looks like it's dialing but it doesn't ring or connect to anyone. And I can't delete it either. Most annoying as it always shows like I have a VM. Is there a fix for this? Anyone seen it before?

This didn’t work for me. I also turned live voicemail off and restarted still there I reset network settings still there why won’t it go away
Go to settings, then set voicemail to factory mode, after that it will work properly
It doesn’t give me that option I either have live voicemail on or off either way it’s there
