Unlock carrier code
I’m trying to turn my phone on but iit doesn’t have an unlock carrier & I need to get the unlocking carrier code .

If your SIM is simply locked, ask your carrier for their default PIN; and get the PUK while you’re at it.

HOWEVER, if your phone is Carrier Locked and will not work with your carrier’s SIM, only the other subsidizing/locking carrier can remove the lock.
As you presumably aren’t their subscriber, they have little incentive to do so.
