Sonoma install
I updated to Sonoma but I cannot get to the Agree or Submit button after scrolling through the two documents needed to fully access iCloud. Chat service has tried to help, but ended up advising to backup and doing a reinstall. I did the backup (Time Machine and external drive) but will the reinstall overwrite what's on my laptop? There has to be a glitch of some kind with Sonoma.
