When I change my Apple ID password there are black lines that look like a spider web that flash before the correct icon

I also see these black lines (looks like a spider web) I’m going to attach a photo because it’s so hard to explain, when I do a backup my iPhone icon never shows up it’s just left blank. I also go into my iPhone screen time and there are pages and app’s that I never used or “pickups” in the middle of the night when I was in a deep sleep for hours. I change my number, I never give it out hardly, I get new phones. Oh yea and along with my bad luck I paid 1100 of 1200 for the express shipment for my iPhone and it was stolen (the slightly liquid damaged phone) before it could be returned, within 48 hours later my Apple Watch was stolen. I have already had issues with malware etc for over two years now. I feel like I’m going crazy. I just want it to stop. Oh yea, I have found T-Mobile (my phone carrier) SIM cards without the sim on my floor multiple times. What could this mean? Can anyone help??

I’m sorry for your series of unfortunate events.

It seems the icons for certain apps do not load to display in the list. The pattern is a placeholder for the missing icon image.

Try to force-quit the App Store app. Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

Then turn off your phone and start it up again. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Check if the icons load better now.
