The magic mouse connects and only the button controls work but not the touch controls. How to configure all the functions of the device in windows 11?

Magic Mouse to Samsung Laptop? I've recently purchased a Magic Mouse and have it paired with my Samsung Laptop, I cannot get the scrolling to work? Is there a driver or bit of software I need or does it not have that option?
