Sorry, no. Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products or services from Apple. They cannot be added to a bank account or converted to cash for other purposes. When they are redeemed their value is added to your Apple Account (not the Apple Card credit card or Apple Cash). You can then use the amount in your Apple Account to purchase Apple products/services.
