Hello. When I plug in my iPhone 13, the "bloop" sound intermittently chimes and lightning bolt icon disappears and appears, while I'm not touching the phone. It sounds like I'm pulling the plug and inserting the plug continuously. It happens on my home charger, car charger, and charger I have at work. Any thoughts on what might be happening? Thanks!

Try the troubleshooting here: If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support
Also try with another cable, another USB charging block, and another plug, to rule out all parts as the possible causes of this issue.
If it continues with new cable and other parts, then your iPhone needs to be repaired, or try wireless charging.
