It’s not an Apple app, it’s from a third-Party and I have no clue🤷🏻‍♀️ I need to go to my automatic renewals but I don’t know how to access that😭 maybe you do and can help🙏🏻

If you got it through the iTunes Store, it works as described above. Otherwise, check its documentation or contact its provider.
