Network connectivity issue (NAS server)

The case is My MacBook Air is connected to Lan 192.168.1.XXX . The Nas server is connected to Lan 192.168.2.XXX. NAT is done between these two subnets. And I was able to ping the Nas server from my Macbook air but Nas server was not able to be connected. I tried to move my Macbook air to be connected to Lan 192.168.2.XXX. The connection is done between NAS server and My Macbook air. What is the issue when my Macbook air is connected to Lan 192.168.1.XXX?

Most likely a routing issue with your network's router assuming that router is actually managing your local network. For more complex networks, it could be any of those devices, but it will still be a routing issue since devices on the 192.168.1.x subnet are not being routed to the 192.168.2.x subnet.
