Tingling electrical shocks on Iphone 12

whenever i plug in my charger and connect to my Iphone 12, i feel shocks around the camera region...i changed charger and i still feel the same thing, i even connect my cable to my laptop and plug it on my phone too and i feel the same, i placed an electrical tester on the camera region and it read positive too, please what can i do? it is so weird
