I cannot enable my Icloud photos for some reason, its taking up a lot of my storage

What's happening when you try to enable iCloud Photos? Are you receiving an error?
If your iPhone storage is very full, you will likely need to clear some space on your iPhone before you can enable iCloud Photos and Optimize Storage to clear some space.
How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad
After clearing some internal storage try again.
