my App store and iTunes is disabled.

when I try to use any of the apps such as icloud apple music I get this message saying that my app store and itunes is disabled

iPhone XR, iOS 16

Click the "Request reactivation" link in the following support document. Only Apple support directly can help you resolve the issue.
