How can I recover money that I put on my iPhone account back to my banking account?

I was time to just say that the Apple Pay and so I put some money in there to see if it would work on that I have it set up. And I would like to transfer the funds back to my bank account because I know how it works now and I put way too much in there. It was supposed to been $16 in the end up being $160 so can you please help me transfer it back to my bank account
