I can not turn off do not disturb on my iPhone 12 mini

How are you attempting to turn it off? What happens when you try?

To turn off Focus/Do Not Disturb, pull down the Control Center. Tap on the picture icon on the Focus button. Don't tap on the words as that will bring up a list of other options.
