Freeform - Can I cut and paste Freeform boards to a new User then delete from my User account?

Until recently, my partner and I shared a common User account. We have now set up individual User accounts and activated our individual iCloud accounts. Is there a way to get the Freeform boards that my partner created in our previously common User account, cut and pasted to her own User profile so that I can then delete them from my User account (which was previously the common User account)? I know I could share via iCloud but would rather delete if possible and if I send as PDF, she will no longer be able to modify the boards. I have tried copy and pasting the Freeform Containers folder over to her User profile but the boards do not appear when she opens Freeform. Any help appreciated thanks.

[EDITED]

You could open each board then choose Share. Select an email to a person you'd like to share it with. That email could be you which you access from a different user account. But, I think if you delete the original it would break the share. Looks like the only way to export a board is to a PDF.

Create a copy of a board

  1. In the Freeform app  on your Mac, click a category in the sidebar, then select a board.
  2. If you don’t see the sidebar, choose View > Show Sidebar.
  3. Choose File > Duplicate (or press Shift-Command-D).

Note: If you duplicate a shared board, the copy isn’t shared.
