Issues with upgrading to iCloud+
I'm having issues trying to upgrade to iCloud+. Every time I try to upgrade it through my phone, my phone vibrates and a box comes up with a red exclamation mark saying "Payment not completed". The same issue also occurs in the App Store, even when I try to download free apps. I have the iPhone SE on iOS 17.0.3
To fix this issue, I have followed other guides on the Apple forums, but nothing has worked.
I have tried:
- Updating the iOS
- Restarting my phone
- Removing and re-adding my payment cards
- Checking that my shipping and billing addresses are the same and correct
- Verifying my Apple ID (I even changed my password for this)
None of the above steps that I have taken have worked. It should be noted that I have my payment cards in my Wallet, and those work absolutely fine, but for some reason, the App store and iCloud+ upgrade payments don't like them.
I'm at a loss as to what I should do next. Please help
