My iPhone 12 has malware & virus what can I do

Let me guess, the email contains a link to click on and give your account details or a file to download to fix it? Neither is legitimate and as razmee said, it is phishing to get your account details and then take over your account. Delete the email and move on with your life, nothing bad is going to happen.

There is no known malware/virus/spyware/hack for a non jailbroken phone.

The email is spam.
