Forgot Passcode

I brought new iphone 14 and while doing setting I gave passcode then am trying to unlock the phone using passcode it's got locked and I didn't create apple id and password .. Now I don't know how to unlock and now it showing already 8 hours to relock the please help me out for this situation..
