If I wipe my Macbook Air and start over from scratch, will it free up some of the "System" and "Other" storage? Literally can't do anything anymore with my Macbook because I keep trying to shuffle storage around.
I got an early 2015 Macbook Air. It works amazing. But my 128GB limitation has got me really limited now. 66GB of which is System or Other storage. I am wondering if I wipe it clean and then redownload the most recent MacOS, can I get rid of some of that extra storage? I have cleared as much storage as I possibly can and even use external hard drives but it is getting in the way now. I'd get a new computer if I had the money but I don't and it seems a waste as this laptop works like a charm otherwise.
