Dictated text disappears after update (iOS 16?).

1. With a Spring/Summer 2023, the Inflow app started erasing/deleting dictation, before it was submitted. The problem was reported Aug 3 in a screen recording, but not corrected as of Ocrober 2023.
2. WayBetter, an app I obtained in September 2023, also deletes dictated text prior to submittals. ( I deleted the app.)
3. Apple community forums indicate that deletions sometimes occurred in messages using Apple apps.

4. While the current obstacle I’m experiencing is with third-party apps, it appears as if the

glitches may be related, since they come with iOS updates and have occurred in the past in Apple apps.

5. Is there a solution?
