iPhone 15 Pro Photos are Dark

FIX!!!! I just found this in my camera settings for the iPhone 15 Pro after with my photos coming out dark automatically.

Go to Settings then Camera then Photographic Styles. From here you can swipe left or right to change the automatic styling of your photos. The one that was selected for me by default was rich contrast style. After doing tests with multiple styles, I selected the vibrant style, but the standard style will make your photos look the same as you see it through the viewfinder.

It appears to be an on-screen display issue. The best test you can do is to print the photos or sync them via Google Photo or Google Drive while maintaining the original quality and view them on another phone or directly on a PC/Mac.

That makes it worse.

HOW DO WE FIX THIS ISSUE PERMANENTLY?! Apple, you guys messed up how we take our pictures and now they don’t look good like they used to. I feel like I can’t upload images from Easter.

Iphone 15 pro max, photos are terrible, blurry and dark, overprocessd to 'watercolor' effect. Portraits are ugly, macros are dark and blurry. Problem is in the software, postprocessing in camera, hope Apple will solve it. RAW should be unprocessed at all, this is the idea of RAW. Instead, they are as ugly as jpeg. Terrible

The only fix I’ve been able to use is the slider next to the little sun when you take pics. Make it super bright and it processes them darker to a more acceptable pic

I hate the iPhone 15 pro front facing camera, period. Like all the others, the photos are dark, grainy, low quality, unflattering. Apple, get it together! This phones front facing camera is absolute garbage, I want a refund!! This angers me more than anything on an iPhone to date! I hope you are listening Apple! Fix the camera!! 😫

tamra86 - iPhone 13 started to use high dynamic range processing at the chip level which means It can’t be turned off. That said, 13Pro had the best HDR with faces until today, I tested against my old 12 and the 14/14Pro and 15/15Pro in a store in different light conditions, that’s why I kept my 13Pro.

My 13Pro does this and I hate it. There’s no fix, it’s the phone. Why? Who knows why they’d ruin everything. But they did.

should have done more research about the camera. Photo looks dark, grainy and makes you look older than it should be. I am starting to regret letting go of my gaming phone for this iphone. My huawei from 6 years ago takes better pictures using the front cam compared to this iphone

Try the burst photo hold the photo button and immediately swipe left. It stops the darkness as much!

I had a iPhone 11 and even that camera took better photos. The iPhone 15 pro is making my photos look grainy or very dark. I look 20 years older. So I tried the burst photos you hold the photo button and immediately swipe left and it stops this. But Apple HAVE TO change this because it looks awful. Only reason for getting this phone was the rave about the camera for it just to be awful!!!!!😤

15 pro max camera photo is dark and blurry and not properly working still I have 14 pro the photo is much better than 15 pro max fix this problem apple . In the next update of ios
