AppStore Error Message

The problem is whenever I try to update apps on my AppStore, rather than it to update, it brings out this message (attached below).

However, this Apple ID is not mine which is why they put incorrect. So I clicked on forgot password and put in my Apple ID as well as changed my password. This went successfully and I checked my settings to confirm and my Apple ID is still intact, very okay.

But after all these, this pop-up still persists on my AppStore when I try to update my apps.

What do I do?

Hi Debeniola,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like one or more of the apps that you are trying to update were installed with another Apple ID. That could be one that you've used before or a previous owner if this is a secondhand device. Your apps are linked to the Apple ID that was originally used to install them. You can likely pinpoint which app or apps is having an issue by trying to update them manually. Check out How to manually update apps on your Apple device for guidance for your device if needed.

Once you figure out which app or apps is having issues, try deleting it and then download again from the App Store.

Best of luck!
