I am using the sleep app and have had the watch for over two weeks. The Wrist Temperature in health states no data.
Just contacted Apple support. Conflict between Do Not Disturb and Sleep Focus - if both set for same time no wrist temp captured. Stated that it still requires 5 nights or so to build baseline for report. Results pending.
