How to get keychain access on my iPhone
I accidentally deleted keychain app off my iPhone and now I am wanting to download it back

There isn't a keychain access app on iPhone, that is a Mac app.
To access your iPhone equivalent, you go to Settings > Passwords.
Find saved passwords and passkeys on your iPhone
