Calls from landline not reaching family iphones

My in laws have a land line which cannot reach 3 of our family phones all with 917 area codes. They can call another relative with a 917 number. Our house Landline which is adjacent to theirs also cannot reach these numbers.

Unable to call friend’s eSIM number on iPhone 12 from iPhone 11 I have an iPhone 11. My friend has an iPhone 12 with an extra eSIM with a foreign number. I can call his main number, but cannot get through to his eSIM number (immediate 3 beeps). I can receive his eSIM number. And I can get through to similar foreign numbers - just not his. Other people can get through to his eSIM number. [He has not blocked me. I have tried restarts, etc.] Any ideas? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Have them contact their landline providers.
