Touch screen not working after update

After i updated to ios 17.0.2 my screen started becoming unresponsive and restarting the phone fixed the issue twice but then it just got stuck again so i tried restarting, updating, and even factory resetting the phone but still the screen is not working, i gave it to an expert to look at it because i thought maybe it's a hardware issue other than a software one but he said that the display is fully functional and that there is nothing wrong with it, i even updated it to ios 17.0.3 using my mac but it still fixed nothing.

PS i only got the phone 3months ago

Have you tried a forced restart?

Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button.Press and hold the side button.

If that is not working, please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service

Something is wrong with Messages after the iOS 17 upgrade.

After forced restart, tried opening Messages: it opens with a blank screen for about 20 seconds then closes and goes back to the Home Screen. And when it does open, it gets "stuck" and the screen is unresponsive to the back arrow. I have to close the app and restart it to get back to the message list.
