too many same horizontal lines on screen

I have a problem that 13 pro max screen is suddenly shown same horizontal line on screen.Please, help me. How to fix this error and see the following picture.

Are you referring to the horizontal lines underneath each category like 'General'? If so, that is expected to make it easier to read. They cannot be removed. Feel free to leave any feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple
