I have ADHD and Borderline Personality disorder and I find the mood changes mode on health app very ineffective, not only we don’t have that much time to write everything about it, but also, this option is way too complicated.
The option is too complicated, you have to detail your change by time, but we do not notice that easy, it would be way better if the app register multiple times at day, by mood and by what caused that mood swing. ex: 🥰 eat somenthing nice or 😓 heard something sad. this could really improve the app and the life of many apple customers
