Reset Apple Watch

Hi.I can not Reset my apple watch it has an error and it calls: too many passcod Reset Apple Watch and Pair again, but I can not do this beacuse my watch was removed from my iphon.I should be fix this problem to use again my watch. please help me to solve that.Thanks.
