Watch touchscreen won’t work and the side top button

It’s doing everything by its self the touchscreen and the top button

If your Apple Watch is not responding, you may have to force Apple Watch to restart:


"If you can’t turn off your Apple Watch or if the problem continues, you may need to force your Apple Watch to restart. Do this only if you’re unable to restart your Apple Watch.

To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears."

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temporary and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
