Voice Memos on MacOS renamed by themselves

I rename my Voice Memos as they are completed but in the last couple days I noticed all of the recordings have suddenly been renamed to some weird date-time code with extra digits. I didn't do it, I didn't change any settings, and all the same recordings remain correctly named on all the devices it syncs with.

This is a screenshot of how the recordings appear on my Macbook Air:

This is how the same recordings appear on my iPhone 14 Pro:

All devices are up to date with their latest versions. I have always had "Location Based Naming" on but have tried resetting that to see if it would fix the issue, it didn't.

How do i fix the MacOS files, and prevent it from continuing to occur?

Thank you.

I see that OP is up to date with everything, so I don't know if this will help, but maybe it'll point somebody in the right direction:

If your Voice Memos titles changed to dates - Apple Support

says that memo titles are encrypted and may show up as "the date and time of the recording (for example, "2023-08-11T07:53:31Z") as the title, rather than the previous title of the recording."

Lots of other people talking about similar issues. Sounds like a bug.

I can't even manage to rename memos on my MacBook Pro M1 Sonoma 14.1.2.
