How can I show my heart rate continuously on my watch face? I just switched from a Samsung watch 6 classic that allowed me to see my heart rate in “real time” instead of waiting to measure it.

Hi! I just switched from a Samsung watch 6 to Apple Watch series 9. I was able to see my heart rate in real time from my “Home Screen”/watch face instead of having to open the heart monitor app and then complete a reading. Is there a way for the Apple Watch to do the same? All the complications I have tried to set up on the Apple Watch take me to the heart rate measuring app. I have some heart related issues going on so to have it right there in front of me is important.

thanks!
