Wifi disconnects when MacBook running on battery

I have a MacBook Air with an M1 chip running Sonoma 14.0. When my MacBook is plugged in, it stays connected to my home wifi network. When my MacBook is running on battery only, it constantly disconnects from my home wifi network.

The network is fine as all other devices stay connected, just like my MacBook does when plugged in.

Kinda defeats the purpose of a laptop.

Try and restart the MacBook to see if the issues persist

Restarting does not solve the problem.

Exact same problem here, WheelieNick. Four trips to the Genius Bar ("Seems fine to us."). I just figured this out when I accidentally unplugged. Did you ever find a solution? Thanks.
