Issues with sleep

Hi everyone!

since a couple of day I'm witnessing the following issues with my MBP. If I want it to sleep by closing its lid, my MBP won't wake up after opening the lid again. My MBP stays black and then reboots. Sometimes it also reboots twice as the first boot won't show the gray screen with the apple logo.
A normal boot after shutdown showed some of these issues at the beginning but not at the moment. After my MBP booted, it's working fully correct.

Do you have any Idea what this is about?

I've re-installed SL and run the AHT. AHT found no problems. Is that an indicator that there won't be a problem with the logic board?

I thank you all for giving me hints to solve my issue...

Regards,
Moritz

Try these tasks. You may also want to run a utility like Onyx.

Thanks for the tips! I've tried to reset PRAM and the NVRAM... it looks like it works only if the magsafe isn't connected... I've tried it several times and without the power adapter connected it seems to be working normal. But not wit the power adapter connected. After closing the lid and letting my book hybernate, it rebooted after opening the lid again.

As I suppose, my issue doesn't have anything to do with the logic board or am I mistaking?

Where could my problem be, as it seems to be in connection with the power adapter? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help guys!

regards,
Moritz
