Can anyone please tell me how to turn off the small window on the left side of my screen? When i minimize any windows on my screen, it'll start piling up on the left side of the screen and it's really annoying. I don't remember how to turn it off. Please see attached photo.

OMG thank you for this response! hate tjpse little windows... I have unsuccessfully been trying to train myself to use them but still find them distracting and annoying.
