Bilingual Siri

My kids (understandably) expect Siri to answer them when they speak to her in English or Spanish - like vast populations of humans and even AI can. But she “goes blank” if its not the selected language. Is there a way yet in 2023 to select more than one language for Siri to operate in on a device?
