Unable to submit a podcast show on apple podcast

I seem to be unable to submit a show on apple podcast connect. I have an external hosting provider, so I create it with an RSS feed (I have tried both anchor and soundcloud, same result).

Apple does not seem to retrieve information from the RSS feed, I have a message saying "Les détails de votre émission sont toujours en cours de traitement.
