Cannot Upgrade to Sonoma

Hello

I am currently running macOS Monterey 12.7. I had to stay in this OS until I got all of my files from my Drobo to my ThunderBay drive, since Drobo was no longer compatible.

Now I am attempting to upgrade to macOS Sonoma, but getting the error:

Update not found

The requested version of macOS is not available. Please check if your Mac is compatible with this software.

I then attempted to update to macOS Ventura and got the same error.

I have the Late 2013 Mac Pro with 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5, 32 GB 1866 MHz DDR3, AMD FirePro D700 6 GB. 234 GB of hard drive space available.

It shows in the app store that these tow upgrades are compatible. How can I upgrade?

Thank you

Cooch

FWIW, the App Store is confusing. It will say "Works on this ****" as long as you are running High Sierra or later. Which actually means, you need to be running macOS 10.13 or later to install Sonoma on a compatible Mac. Yours is not compatible.
