IOS17 Update voicemail issue

I recently updated my iPhone 11 with the latest IOS updates and now my voicemail is delayed 2-3 weeks. I have googled and tried settings-phone-notifications and not allowing group, rebooted three times, reset network. All did t fix the issue. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how was it fixed.
