I recently updated my iPhone 11 with the latest IOS updates and now my voicemail is delayed 2-3 weeks. I have googled and tried settings-phone-notifications and not allowing group, rebooted three times, reset network. All did t fix the issue. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how was it fixed.

You must have cellular data enabled for visual voicemail to work. And if you have VPN that can mess up a lot after an update, so delete the VPN profile. If neither of these fix it contact your carrier, as they control voicemail.
