iPhone Pro Camera Instagram Stories Issues

I've had issues with capturing photos and videos in instagram stories using iPhones since upgrading to the 13 Pro Max when it first launched. Upgraded to the 14 Pro Max when it first launched only to be disappointed neither Apple or Instagram resolved the issue after a whole year of users complaining with the previous model. Now the 15 has launched and the issues seem to only have gotten worse. At this point Apple should force Instagram to create an update that resolves the issue or remove Instagram as an app from the app store. I suspect it's intentional since Apple and Facebook/Instagram have had problems, the developers and engineers must be being petty over at Instagram and not wanting to solve an issue they recieve endless complaints about, could even see Zuckerberg having the Instagram developers and engineers create the issue and ignore complaints, rather than fixing it, create updates that actually make it worse. It's been over 2 whole years, now 3 generations of iPhones iPhone users have had these issues will Apple eventually take action, if so, when? And how do the consumers make them?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17
