FedEx did not deliver…. How do I get my refund?

I received my new iPhone on September 22 2023. On September 24 2023 I received my return kit. On September 28 2023 FedEx gave me a receipt showing I shipped the iPhone back.

i never go a delivered notice. I check and see a “Delivery Exception” on the FedEx app. Nothing after that. I prepared and shipped the iPhone with the provided box.

How do I get my credit? Who can I email, not call to report the information and get my credit?

First, you need to contact Fedex about the exception notification you received. They had or have the phone, they need to tell you where it is.
