Take it to an Apple Store with proof of purchase. Ask them to force the company to remove your Mac from the company's Mobile Device Management scheme.

It is possible that you have been hacked, but we do not have enough information.

We have heard of accounts sometimes losing admin privileges, but a new admin appearing on its own suggests foul play. Has someone else had physical access to your laptop?

Have you recently installed something other than Sonoma?

Installing Sonoma does not create new accounts. There is something else in play here.
